Euphrates honours the Youth of 1976…

Youth Day, as it is popularly known, is a day in which South Africans commemorate the youth that fought for education and the right to be taught in their mother tongue back in 1976. These student heroes took it to the street to voice out their education needs, much like the student of Fees must Fall movement in 2015. Today, we salute and honour them for their bravely.
