How long do you take to deliver an order?

If you are in Gauteng urban areas and the payment is done before 10:0am, the order will be delivered to you before 5pm same day.

If you are in Gauteng in an outlying area, the parcel will be delivered to you the next day.

Any order going to other urban areas outside Gauteng in South Africa, the order will be delivered the next morning before 12:00pm.

Orders that are going to outlying areas outside Gauteng, the parcel will be delivered between 2 to 3 working days.

Outside South Africa we deliver between 3 to 7 working days. This is also on the condition that there are no delays with customs in your country.
We take orders 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, but we only deliver during week days.

Do I have to pay with a credit card when I place an order online?
The Euphrates online store allows you to place an order and make the payment offline. It can be done via EFT, ATM deposit or cash deposit at a Nedbank branch. Once you have made the payment, please email the proof of payment to sales@euphrates.co.za.

How long would it take before I can see results?
Different skin types respond differently on the same skin care treatment. We therefore do not have a set time when you will see the desired results. We have clients who saw results within 14 days, while others it took 5 to 6 weeks. We can assure you that you will feel the difference immediately when you start using the products. It will not dry your skin after exfoliation. It will leave your skin feeling smooth and nourished.

Do I have to buy the full skin care range?
Our products will perfom independently. However, one of the essential keys to a healthy skin care routine is consistency. We recommend that you pick products according to your skin concerns. Exfoliate and hydrate your skin every day. Having the full skin care range will assist you to get the desired skin sooner.
